RADIO (RF) COVERAGE STUDY, LINK BUDGET CALCULATION

Neo Plus specialises in RF studies for industrial projects, our engineers are experienced in providing reliable RF coverage studies to ensure the Plant radios system (UHF/VHF/TETRA) runs smoothly.

Neo Plus uses the latest version of Pathloss 6 and iBwave software prediction tools to generate the simulation coverage heat maps and determine to the customer of the RF coverage in a project before the system is implemented. The study output also includes antenna tower location, height and sections details, pathloss and power calculations will be will be provided in the report.

The Pathloss program is a comprehensive path design tool for radio links operating in the frequency range from 30 MHz to 100 GHz. The program is organized into eight path design modules, an area signal coverage module and a network module which integrates the radio paths and area coverage analysis.

Wi-Fi Coverage Study

Neo Plus engineers specialized in providing WIFI planning and coverage studies for Industrial projects, Offshore and Onshore projects, Critical facilities like Hospitals, Airports and commercial establishments.  We use planning tools iBwave Wi-Fi suite, Ekahau to do the planning and generate coverage heat maps. There are various parameters to consider for performing coverage study for industrial plant or a process plant.

Having good Wi-Fi connectivity is a requirement both in offices and also outdoor areas of the plant as various systems & services use Wi-Fi networks to communicate and to send data.

Our studies assist the customers to accurately plan and design Wi-Fi networks without physically rolling out any APs., optimize access point count and layout for maximized coverage and performance by modelling building construction materials/obstructions and AP placement, and also to estimate the budgets for deployment of Wi-Fi systems in a project.

We use Cadna A and EASE software tools to conduct the PAGA Coverage Study. By using this software our engineers are able to predict the surrounding ambient noise and reverberation effects of nearby structures. They will then be able to provide an accurate estimation of total Sound Pressure Level (SPL) and speech intelligibility index data of the equipment to function at their best the given project environment.

PAGA SYSTEM SOUND COVERAGE STUDY (ACOUSTIC COVERAGE)

PAGA system a safety critical system in process plants, proper planning to implement the system is a critical matter in the projects. Neo Plus engineers are specialized in performing Acoustic/ Sound coverage studies for industrial projects. We have delivered these studies to several FEED and Detail Engineering projects to our clients in various parts of the world.

As a result of this study, we will be able to provide the customer with the coverage maps to plan the loud speaker placement and quantity so the deployment of the system can be planned & designed well and budgets can be estimated by customers.

CCTV Coverage Study

Closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems are widely being used nowadays to keep an eye on traffic, deter crime, and for public safety. CCTV coverage study and design provides the client operation teams with accurate details on Process & Security monitoring od the fecilities. This study provides the details of coverage, quantity and placement of cameras and helps customer with project planning & budgeting.

The JVSG and CCTVCAD system design tools creates an accurate representation of the intended video surveillance system using this data, for example, to assist in detecting any blind spots. The tools allow 2D and 3D modelling to see the camera views and to plan the camera locations during preliminary stages of the project.
